SALES MANAGER

  • Male/ Female
  • With 2 - 3 years experience in real estate
  • Capable of effectively supervising and training of sales people
  • Excellent in interpersonal and group communication
  • Has maintained a wide network of clients
  • College Graduate (preferably business courses)
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Pasay City or Quezon City.




PROPERTY SPECIALIST (REAL ESTATE AGENTS)

  • Male/Female
  • College Graduate/ College Undergraduates are welcome as long as you finished at least 72 units of your degree.
  • With at least 6 months experience in doing sales, preferably in real estate industry (fresh graduates/ without experience applicants with good sales potential are welcome to apply)
  • Aggressive, dynamic, articulate, carries her/himself very well and with great passion in sales and marketing
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Pasay City or Quezon City.




SALES SUPPORT OFFICER

  • Male/Female
  • Graduate of business course or any 4-year course.
  • Young, dynamic, enthusiastic,  aggressive, self-motivated, keen to details and highly organized
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin & English Language
  • Must have people skills and pleasing personality
  • Has excellent written and communication skills

  • With at least 2 years experience in Purchasing / Procurement

  • Has wide knowledge in MS Office applications such as (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willing to work long hours and on holidays
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City.

 


 

DOCUMENTATION ASSISTANT
  • Male/Female
  • Graduate of business course or any 4-year course
  • Willing to work long hours and on holidays
  • With at least one (1) year experience doing office job, clerical and admin task.
  • Young, dynamic, enthusiastic,  aggressive, self-motivated, keen to details and highly organized




CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER
  • Male/Female
  • Graduate of any Engineering/Architectural course
  • Excellent in English Communication both in speaking and writing
  • With at least one (1) year experience in doing Professional Customer Service and Relations
  • Self-motivated and with strong discipline
  • Willing to work long hours and on holidays
  • Applicants must be willing to be based in Pasay City
 


HR ASSISTANT
  • Male/Female
  • Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science or any related course
  • With at least 2 years experience in doing HR job
  • Preferably with real estate background, but not necessary
  • Has initiative and enthusiasm in learning new things
  • Charming, optimistic, highly motivated, highly organized and snappy
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office
